  • What is in your cotton candy?
    Our cotton candy has organic sugars and highly concentrated oils that are completely absorbed by the sugar granules yielding floss sugar. Our sugars are soy, gmo, gluten, dairy, peanut and peanut tree free. All gourmet sugars are 100% allergen free.
  • What is in your gourmet popcorn?
    Our popcorn ingredients are kernels, coconut oil, butter flavored salt. Gluten Free!
  • What's included in each package?
    Our packages include: * 1 or 2 servers with uniforms * 45 min Set-up of Cart prior the event * Unlimited Items for the agreed time *30 min Clean-up after time is up *Thank you gift at the end :) NOTE: We do not charge per person or per item served. Our service is measured by hour. It's manage in a "first come first served" method. We provide an estimate of how many guests can be served per hour, however this is not guaranteed. *If for any reason there’s a lack of participation of guests or your event experiences low attendance we will not be held responsible for this occurrence.
  • How Big is the Cart?
    The cart features a 25” butcher block top. The wheels are 24" Amish-made wagon wheels and handcrafted of hickory wood with a rubber tire. Comes with a lightweight detachable canopy for easy set up and take down. Canopy has wire wine glass racks mounted on the under side. Cart shown in photos is 60" long (66" with handle) x 36" tall x 25” deep. Cart wheel base is 36” wide. Cart with canopy is 76" tall. NOTE: If your event is indoors, our cart can be moved through double doors. Our cart will not go through a single regular home door.
  • When do you arrive to the event?
    We arrive approximately an hour prior the cart service start time*. This means, you must specify at what time you would like the cart service to start so we can calculate our arrival time.
  • What are the requirements for the cart service?
    Please ensure we are 15-20 feet of a 110V power outlet. The outlet should be dedicated to our cart service and we will provide OSHA approved extension cord. Please see our Policies and Regulation for more details on this.
  • How Far Do you Travel?
    Our service can travel as far as an hour away from our location. Just remember we charge $1/mile beyond a 30-mile radius from Irving TX, 75039.
  • Can I provide my own decoration for the cart?
    Yes! You use or provide us with the decoration preference. Our cart is 100% wood, there are certain items that might be discussed before the event to ensure there's no damage to our cart. Reminder: We provide a garland balloon option as well as a vinyl sign for your event if needed with an additional cost.

Information Sharing: We may share personal information with trusted third-party service providers to facilitate order processing, delivery, and payment processing. Users can manage cookie preferences through their browser settings. Customer Rights Customers have the right to access, update, and delete their personal information. Any material changes will be communicated to customers through our website or other appropriate channels. Terms & Conditions Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the use of our catering services. By placing an order or using our services, customers agree to abide by these terms. Ordering Process: Orders can be placed through our website, phone, or in-person consultations. Customers must provide accurate and complete information for order processing. Pricing and Payment: Prices for our catering services are provided on our website and may be subject to change. We do not charge per person or per item served. Our service is measured by hour. In our website we provide an estimate of how many guests can be served per hour, however this is not guaranteed. *If for any reason there’s a lack of participation of guests or your event experiences low attendance we will not be held responsible for this occurrence nor provide any refunds. We are prepared to serve unlimited items/products, first come first serve until our agreed time is over. Payment terms, including deposits, final payments, and accepted payment methods, will be communicated during the ordering process. We require a 50% deposit of the total order for booking of the service with date and time. We accept cash, ZELLE* (preferred), checks and credit cards. There will be an additional fee for credit card payments done through our site. You will find these in your final invoice. For destinations outside a 30-mile radius from Irving, TX, 75039, an additional charge of $1 per mile will apply. Delivery Options: Delivery options, including fees and eligible delivery areas, will be addressed and mutually agreed upon at the time of placing the order. Customers are kindly requested to provide accurate delivery information and ensure the availability of a recipient at the designated time of the event. Old and Sweet LLC will not be held responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate location information provided by them. Additional costs may be incurred if it becomes necessary to travel a greater distance due to incorrect location provided by the customer. The cart features a 25” butcher block top. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation requests must be made within two weeks (14 days) of the event. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will result in a cancellation fee of $100 with a non-refundable deposit. In the event of a cancellation with less than two weeks notice, we offer the option to reschedule your event; however, please note that the 50% deposit made will not be eligible for a refund. Instead, it will be retained as a credit that can be applied towards a future event or purchase. The credit must be utilized within 90 days from the initial event date. Liability and Disclaimers: While we make every effort to deliver exceptional catering services, please be advised that we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses that may arise from the use of our services. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance. While we will make every effort to accommodate these requirements, please note that we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to: logos and branding, are the exclusive property of our catering business. Customers may not use our intellectual property without our consent. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Contract shall be considered for all purposes a Texas document and shall be construed pursuant to the laws of the State of Texas , and all of its provisions shall be administered according to and its validity shall be determined under the laws of the State of Texas without regard to any conflict or choice of law issues. (18) In the event of a dispute, the laws of the state of Texas shall govern and be applied. Texas Statutes, this demand to resolve the dispute through presuit mediation is required before a lawsuit can be filed concerning the dispute. Pursuant to the statute, the parties are required to engage in presuit mediation with a neutral third-party mediator in order to attempt to resolve this dispute without court action, and the aggrieved party demands that you likewise agree to this process. Rules of Booking with Old & Sweet LLC Set Up Time: Prior to the set-up, kindly ensure that the designated space/area is clean and prepared to accommodate an approximately 200 lb wooden cart. Please ensure that no pets are present in the area and that children are under proper supervision during the set-up process. It is necessary for an adult to be present upon our arrival to discuss set-up logistics and preferences. The designated set-up areas can include regular tiles, grass areas, or sandy surfaces. However, please note that set-up on damp or wet areas will not be permitted. Little ones: For safety reasons, we kindly request that children refrain from touching any equipment, machinery, ingredients, decorations, or tools used during our service. We cannot accept responsibility for any injuries that may occur as a result of unsupervised children interacting with our cart or related items. Our Staff: Our staff is highly trained in operating the cotton candy and popcorn machines; however, please note that we are not responsible for supervising children or managing any dietary restrictions that were not specified during the booking process or included in the agreement. Our staff members are strictly limited to tasks within the scope of their duties at Old & Sweet LLC. This includes operating the equipment and providing the agreed-upon services. They are not authorized to engage in activities such as moving consumer furniture, assisting with decorations, or performing unrelated tasks. Weather Restrictions: As much as we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we must acknowledge that weather conditions are beyond our control. In the event of weather restrictions, such as storms, hurricanes, or floods in the area, we prioritize safety and will cancel the service. Customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for the affected service during the week of the event. It is crucial to keep the cart dry at all times, so if weather conditions change unexpectedly during the event, the customer must provide an indoor area for us to continue the service. Failure to provide an indoor area will result in the immediate cancellation of the service. Service Time: According to the booking agreement, our service will commence at the specified event time. In the event of a delay, we allow a 15-minute flexibility window to start the service. After this period, we will begin operating our machines, and the service duration will be calculated from the moment we start serving the first product. During the service, we kindly request that a line be formed, and we do not permit any cut-ups to ensure fairness for all participants. Once the allocated time is up, we will promptly shut down the machines and initiate the clean-up process. We kindly ask that during this time, no pets or children are in close proximity, as it could pose a risk to both parties involved.
